9th-12th Grade
about
The Rhetoric Stage focuses on the art of persuasive speech and writing. At this age, most students become especially concerned about how they are perceived, so it is a natural time to teach them how to communicate winsomely, confidently, and effectively. This is the final stage of the Trivium. Here the students bring the knowledge they learned at the Grammar and Logic Stages and learn how to solve difficult problems, become self-aware, and express what they actually think through speech, papers or in groups.
